Return Policy

We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If you open or use a device, you will be charged 15% to return this product. We cannot put used vapes back on the shelf for resale as brand new. 

Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Defective Products

Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer's warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).

Before you ship product(s) back, Contact us on live chat, or through our messaging center for a quick Return Authorization Number which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.

Note: With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accesories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.

Missing / Broken Items

All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken. Please contact us at support@aivapes.com and we'll take care of the issue immediately.

Sold Out Items

We try very hard to have sufficient stock of all the products we offer and have that stock status accurately displayed on our website. But we do run out from time to time. In these situations, you'll be notified by our staff immediately and presented with an ETA or other product options.

International Customers

Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on Aivapes.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.
