Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Correct Information on Order
Please be sure to have the correct address submitted in the order form prior to placing the order for completion. If you submitted an incorrect address you must contact customer service! We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. All vaporizers come with a tracking number which is eletronically verified through tracking technology. If your vaporizer is stolen and shows delivered, please file report with local authorities. For orders over $500 we generally require the customer to sign for the package to verify they recieved.
Placing Your Order
Vaporizers ordered After 4PM EST standard time will be shipped the next business days. We ship from East coast warehouse locations. We also ship from our west coast distributor warehouse depending on the location of the customer. If there are any delays on order we will contact you to let you know that the product you ordered may not be available for the speicific color you chose, or may have some inventory mistake or issue. (Generally this doesn't happen)
Speeding Up Orders
In General orders to ensure fastest shipment, please submit the billing and shipping address the same using the same IP for the location you live. Some delays may occur depending on the geo-location you order from correlating to the information you provide for billing matched with our fraud verification systems which supplies 3rd party credit card holder data to ensure the cardholder submitting the transaction is the person they say they are. If you are flagged in our system, one of our staff will contact you promptly.

Returns and Replacements
If an order arrives broken or does not work, please contact us with an email and pictures. We will provide you with RMA information and delivery indstructions. Do not ship to our address! We will give you a return address. We allow 14 days returns on all unopened and unused products. If your product is used and working you may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% charge. If it is broken due to malfunction of manufacturer fault, we will provide you with shipping information to return product. Visit Return Policy
Returning Opened Products
We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 14 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If you open or use a device, you will be charged 15% to return this product.
